AGP Media provides digital marketing, ads management, automations, and consulting services. Due to the nature of our work, all payments are final.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments — including:

• Setup fees

• Retainers

• Monthly service charges

• Ad creative fees

• Automation or CRM setup fees

• One-time service payments

— are non-refundable.

Once work has begun, assets are created, or ads are launched, refunds will not be issued.

2. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly:

• Contact us within 7 days

• We will review the charge

• If an error is found, it will be corrected

3. Subscription Services

If you are on a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time by contacting us.

Cancellations apply to future billing periods only.

No pro-rated or partial refunds are provided.

4. Results Disclaimer

Because results depend on factors outside our control — such as client responsiveness, lead follow-up, market conditions, offer quality, and ad performance — we cannot offer refunds based on results.

5. Service Termination

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if:

• Payments fail

• The client violates Meta/Google advertising policies

• The client engages in unethical or illegal practices

• The client becomes unresponsive for an extended period

No refunds will be issued upon termination.
