The terms that govern services provided by AGP Media LLC.
Services
AGP Media LLC provides digital marketing services including social media management, web design, SEO, content creation, paid advertising, and related consulting. Specific deliverables are defined in each client's proposal or statement of work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to accounts, brand assets, and feedback necessary to deliver services. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact timelines.
Payment Terms
Invoices are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in pause of services until resolved.
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. AGP Media retains the right to display work in its portfolio. Pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies remain property of AGP Media.
Cancellation & Refunds
All plans are month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and to use it only for the purpose of delivering services.
Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific marketing results, rankings, leads, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to professional effort and honest reporting.
Limitation of Liability
AGP Media's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. AGP Media may terminate immediately for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas and the State of Missouri. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyandotte County, Kansas or Jackson County, Missouri, depending on the location of the dispute.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
